Before AI, I spent years in academic research on neuroscience and philosophy, trying to understand how intelligence actually works inside a human head. That research is still the reason I approach AI the way I do: as something that should extend what people are good at, not replace it and hope nobody notices.

Today I run chim.ai, an AI transformation studio in Vienna - building on years earlier producing Virtual and Augmented Reality experiences, which is where I learned what actually lands with a real audience versus what only works on paper. I have taught at four universities since 2008, spoken at events on three continents, and built systems for companies who need AI to do real work rather than look impressive in a slide deck.
